Cancellation and Refund Policy

As many of you are aware, late cancellations and “no-shows” to classes have been on the rise in recent weeks, and it has a significant impact on my business and ability to provide a full service to all my clients.

Booking a place and then not turning up to class means that someone on the waiting list and new clients have been prevented from booking their chosen sessions.

I understand that sometimes it can be a challenge to keep appointments and on occasion, issues crop up which can get in the way of coming to class.

However, I have written this guide as a gentle reminder of the policies that I hold in place.

If you have any questions regarding these policies, please do not hesitate to contact me and I’d be happy to discuss further.

Cancellation policy

Email reminders are sent at 48 hours’ in advance of class. This gives a 24-hour window in which you can use the “change or cancel” button at the bottom of your confirmation emails to make changes to that class without being charged.

Any changes or cancellations after 24 hours’ will not be accepted and will automatically be charged for and not be refunded.

A direct email, website form submission or social media message to cancel is not an accepted format to make a cancellation as your message may not be seen with enough time to contact someone off the waiting list, so please use the “change or cancel” button at the bottom of your confirmation email for that particular class date.

New policy: For those who have repeatedly booked and not attended class.

If three consecutive classes have been booked but not attended within a six-month period, your account will be suspended, and no refunds made. Should you wish to return to classes, you will need to make a new class package purchase and make new bookings.

If you are having issues with the booking system or with attending class, please do speak with me on this matter, I’d be happy to help where I can.

Refund policy

All purchases are non-refundable once payment has been processed.

Exceptions to refunds and expiry date extensions are made only in extenuating circumstances.
